Ribbed gas griddle on open cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically welded. Satin cooking surface with cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drain. Grease collection drawer. Heating takes place by means of stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied by means of a safety tap. The cooking temperature is manually controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a waterproof rubber cap. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating. Gas supply total power 7 kW. Gross volume (cubic meters): 0.48 Code. R90/40FTG/R/A
