Gas griddle with ribbed plate on an open cabinet with door. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enamelled cast iron. Pre-arranged for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically sealed. Satin-finish cooking surface with a cold zone at the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating is provided by stabilized flame steel burners with a pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a safety tap. Cooking temperature is manually controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Moulded hinged door. Ergonomic handle. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
