Electric water grill on closed cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 12/10 thickness. Arrangement for head-to-head joining. Reversible cast iron cooking grid. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and fat drain channel, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashback. Front grease collection channel, removable. A fat collection and water containment drawer is located under the heating elements. Heating is provided by Incoloy armored heating elements located under the grill. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
