Reversible stainless steel cooking grid. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and a channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splash guard. Front channel for removable fat collection. A fat collection drawer and water containment drawer are located under the heating elements. Heating occurs via armored Incoloy heating elements located under the grill. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside during cleaning operations.
