Electric water griddle on closed cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 12/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head coupling. Reversible cast iron cooking grid. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and a channel for fat drainage, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashguard. Removable front channel for fat collection. Below the heating elements, there is a fat collection drawer and a water reservoir. Heating is provided by Incoloy armored heating elements located under the griddle. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
