Electric water grill on a closed cabinet. Sides, bottom and back made of stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thick. Designed for head-to-head joining. Reversible cast iron cooking grid. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and a channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashback. Removable front channel for grease collection. A fat collection drawer and water container are located beneath the heating elements. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is provided by Incoloy armoured heating elements located under the grill. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Pilot light to indicate heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating. Power supply VAC 400 3N 50/60 Hz - 15 kW.
