Electric water grill on a closed cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head connection. Reversible cooking grate in stainless steel rod. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and a grease channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splash guard. Removable front channel for grease collection. Below the heating elements, there is a grease collection drawer and water containment drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is provided by armored Incoloy heating elements located under the grill. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Indicator light to show when heating is active. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating.
