Electric water grill on closed cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head coupling. Reversible cooking grate in stainless steel rod. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and a channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashguard. Front channel for removable fat collection. Below the heating elements, there is a fat collection drawer and a water containment drawer. Heating occurs by means of Incoloy armored heating elements located under the grill. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
