Electric water grill on closed cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Reversible cast iron cooking grid. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and grease channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashguard. Removable front grease collection channel. A grease collection drawer and water container are located beneath the heating elements. Two independent cooking zones. Heating occurs by means of Incoloy armored heating elements located under the grill. Cooking temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating.
