Top model lava stone gas grill. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head connection. Lava stone support in AISI 304 stainless steel expanded mesh. Cooking grate with "V" profiles in AISI 304 stainless steel. A removable grease collection drawer is located under the heating elements. Rear and side splash guard. Removable front grease collection channel. Equipped with a grate lifting system using levers to distance the grate from the brazier, operable with one hand. Heating is provided by stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety valve with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations.
