Rear and side splashguard. Removable front grease channel. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, maneuverable with one hand. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter.
