Rear and side splashguard. Removable front channel for fat collection. Equipped with a grid lifting system using levers to distance the grid from the brazier, maneuverable with one hand. Heating takes place by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. The cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter.
