Lava stone support in AISI 304 stainless steel expanded mesh. Cooking grill with "V" profile cast iron bars. A removable fat collection drawer is located under the heating elements. Rear and side splashback. Removable front channel for fat collection. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, operable with one hand. Heating occurs by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner.
