Gas water grill on closed cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. 20/10 thickness AISI 304 stainless steel top. Prepared for head-to-head joining. Reversible cast iron cooking grill. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and grease channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashback. Front removable grease collection channel. Under the heating elements there is a grease collection drawer and water containment drawer. Heating is provided by stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
