\nWith Pacojet, in fact, you will have the possibility, in a very short time, to have the finished product ready to be consumed, going almost directly from the freezer to the serving dish. The secret lies in eliminating defrosting times, which affect work rhythms. This offers the opportunity to prepare different types of ingredients in advance, using them immediately and in the desired quantities when needed. Furthermore, given the rapid processing, excess portions can be returned to the cold chain before thawing can damage them.

Pacojet II is equipped with a low-consumption brushless motor, develops greater power with a significantly lower noise level compared to Pacojet Junior. It handles the beaker with 10 portions and tenths of each single portion. It works with 2 speeds to make the approach of the blade to the product to be processed and the return to position more efficient. It has a USB port for diagnostics. The simple and intuitive graphic display helps manage the various programs: frozen processing, fresh processing, and cleaning.
