Prepared for head-to-head connection. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Cooking well with AISI 316 bottom and AISI 304 walls. Balanced AISI 304 lid with a thermal handle. Stainless steel supporting structure. Thermal insulation guaranteed by thick panels. Water inlet into the tank (hot and cold) via solenoid valve and adjustable spout. Tank drain hole with removable filter. Front chromed brass drain tap with insulated handle. Manual reset safety thermostat that intervenes in case of over-temperature. AISI 304 cavity. Heating is performed by armored INCOLOY-800 alloy heating elements, controlled by an electromechanical thermostat. Temperature setting with electromechanical thermostat and min/max selector. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating.
