Gas supply by safety taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick, acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with two quick cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top: no. 1 10 kW burner and no. 1 6 kW burner. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs to prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop positioning.
