Gas supply via safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with heavy-duty, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with two quick cast iron/brass burners, hermetically sealed to the top: 1 x 10 kW burner and 1 x 6 kW burner. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
