Hob equipped with rapid cast iron/brass burners mounted watertight. Gas supply via safety valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick, acid-resistant enameled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with four rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top: 3 burners of 10 kW and 1 burner of 6 kW. (Available power per burner: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. Protection degree IPX5.
