Hob equipped with rapid cast iron/brass burners, watertight mounted. Gas supply via safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick, acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grates. Appliance equipped with four rapid cast iron/brass burners, hermetically sealed to the top: no. 3 burners of 10 kW and no. 1 burner of 6 kW. (Available power ratings per burner: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations.
