Gas supply via safety valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners, equipped with thick, acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grates. Appliance equipped with six fast cast iron/brass burners, hermetically fixed to the top, no. 4 burners of 10 kW and no. 2 burners of 6 kW. (Available burner powers: 3.5 kW, 6 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW). Labyrinth control knobs to prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
