Gas supply by safety valve taps with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Top with hygienic rounded corners equipped with acid-resistant enamelled cast iron grids. Appliance equipped with high-power cast iron/brass rapid burners with removable enamelled steel bowls for cleaning. Nr. 1 burner 5.5 kW and nr. 1 burner 3.7 kW. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Height-adjustable feet. Protection degree IPX4. Gas power supply, total power 9.2 kW.
