Rational Boiling Basket, model 2-XS: AutoLift, the automatic raising and lowering system, guarantees perfect cooking of pasta, fried, boiled, or poached products by lifting the food from the basin at the desired time. The boiling basket attaches to the arm of the automatic raising and lowering system, and products are loaded into it. Once cooked, the product can be removed effortlessly. The handles simplify its use. The holes in the basket are designed to also allow for cooking rice. The new design with rounded edges facilitates cleaning and simultaneously increases its stability. Intended use This product is intended exclusively for professional use, for example, in restaurant kitchens and in professional and industrial kitchens of hospitals, schools, or butcher shops.
