Rational Spätzle Sieve mod. L, XL: Support for optimal and ergonomic preparation of spätzle. \n The Spätzle Sieve has been custom-made for the iVario Pro L and XL pan. \n It hooks onto the right side of the pan, the spätzle dough is poured onto it, and with the help of \n a spatula (item no. 60.71.643, not included in the delivery) it is pulled over the holes \n (8 mm diameter). The spätzle fall directly into the boiling water in the pan and can \n then be removed once they float to the surface. With the aid of iVarioBoost, the finished spätzle \n are boiled up to the rim of the pan. \n The Spätzle Sieve is suitable for iVario Pro L and XL. \n Intended Use \n This product is intended exclusively for professional use, e.g. in restaurant kitchens \n and in professional and industrial kitchens in hospitals, schools or butcher shops. Any use \n other than the intended use is considered non-compliant.
