Rational portion basket kit mod. 2-S: Kit with 6 perforated 1/6 GN portion baskets and 6 unperforated 1/6 GN portion baskets, incl. lid and 2 portion basket frames. For à la carte service, portion baskets allow small quantities to be boiled optimally. Simply place the frame directly on the edge of the pan to conveniently cook individual portions of pasta, potatoes or vegetables. Cooking times can be individually assigned to food in each portion basket. The portion baskets are 1/6 GN size.
