Idrochef 216 is an appliance for sous-vide cooking with 20 editable programs. The product guarantees precise temperature control to a tenth of a degree, significant water movement via a pump, capacity up to 60 litres, and temperatures up to 95°C. It is suitable for daily use: from products prepared in a few hours to day and night cooking.
