CONVECTOMAT CLASSIC GN 1/1 Tray: Made of enamelled steel, odorless, even at high temperatures. The robust structure prevents deformation, making it heat resistant up to 300 °C. The bottom and outer walls are at least 1 mm thick, ensuring uniform heat distribution over the entire surface. The enamel has exceptional non-stick properties without using harmful chemicals or toxins. The enamel layer requires less fat, resulting in a reduction of up to 90% in the fat needed. The containers have a 20 mm rim on all four sides, fitting securely into oven guides. The large rim also allows the container to be placed in a point-of-sale display: selling goods "directly from the tray."
