Gas supply via valved tap with adjustment from 30°C to 90°C with thermocouple. Piezoelectric ignition. Water drainage via overflow system with vertical drain. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Hinged moulded doors. Ergonomic handles. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
