Appliance equipped with high-power rapid cast iron/brass burners with removable enameled steel bowls for cleaning. No. 2 burners of 7.5 kW and no. 2 burners of 5.5 kW. GN 2/1 gas oven with thermostatic valve for temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C. Stabilized flame burner with piezoelectric ignition, complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple.
