Gas lava stone grill, open cabinet model. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Designed for head-to-head coupling. Lava stone support made of AISI 304 stainless steel expanded mesh. Cooking grate with "V"-shaped cast iron profiles. A removable grease collection drawer is located below the heating elements. Rear and side splash guard. Front removable grease collection channel. Equipped with a grid lifting system via levers to distance the grid from the brazier, operable with one hand. Heating occurs by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations.
