Reversible cast iron cooking grid. Inclined with 5 mm contact elements and grease channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashguard. Removable front grease collection channel. A fat collection drawer and water container are located under the heating elements. Heating occurs via Incoloy armored heating elements located under the grid.
