Gas hob, 6 burners on open cabinet. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Casing in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Bottoms and internal parts in steel. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Equipped with high-power cast iron/brass rapid burners with pilot burner for automatic ignition. Gas delivery is controlled by a safety valve with thermocouple. The enameled steel basins are easily removable for cleaning. The hob grids are made of anti-acid enameled cast iron. No. 4 burners x 3.7 kW and no. 2 burners x 5.5 kW. Total power 25.8 kW. Gross volume (cubic meters): 0.987 Code F70/110PCGB/A
