Electric bain-marie, top version, 1 GN 1/1 basin, 15 cm deep. Top and basin in AISI 304 stainless steel. Casing in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. External reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet metal). Bottoms and internal parts in steel. The basin has GN 1/1 dimensions, 150 mm deep. Equipped with a control for draining water by means of a ball cock located on the dashboard. Heating takes place via armored heating elements regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 30 to 90°C. Equipped with a warning light to indicate correct operation. 1 false bottom included. 1 heating element x 1.5 kW. Electrical power supply VAC 230+1 50/60Hz. (Basins excluded).
