Full-plate gas range, 4 burners on cabinet with doors. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Casing in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Bottoms and internal parts in steel. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Full plate in steel characterized by differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central ring. Heating is provided by a high-power central cast iron burner with piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas supply is controlled by a thermocouple safety valve. 4-burner cooktop equipped with high-power rapid cast iron/brass burners with pilot burner for automatic ignition. Gas supply is controlled by a thermocouple safety valve. The enamelled steel basin is easily removable for cleaning. The cooktop grid is made of anti-acid enamelled cast iron.
