Full-plate gas range, 4-burner top. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 8/10 thickness. AISI 304 stainless steel casing, 8/10 thickness. Stainless steel bases and internal parts. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Full steel plate characterized by differentiated high-efficiency thermal zones and equipped with a removable central ring. Heating is provided by a high-power cast iron central burner with a piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery is controlled by a thermocouple safety valve. 4-burner hob equipped with high-power cast iron/brass rapid burners with a pilot burner for automatic ignition. Gas delivery is controlled by a safety valve with thermocouple. The enamelled steel tray is easily removable for cleaning. The hob griddle is made of anti-acid enamelled cast iron.
