Perforated false bottom for draining excess oil. The tank is suitable for GN 1/1 containers with a maximum height of 150 mm. Infrared lamp, located at the back of the unit, for heating food. Switched on via an ON/OFF switch on the dashboard. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel.
