Perforated false bottom for draining excess oil. The tank is suitable for holding GN 1/1 containers up to 150 mm high. Infrared lamp, located at the rear of the unit, for food warming. Switched on via an ON/OFF switch on the control panel. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel.
