Electric bain-marie. The top, tank and false bottom are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. AISI 430 stainless steel casing, 8/10 thick. Bottoms and internal parts in anticorrosion material (aluminized sheet metal). The tank dimensions are mm. 510x465x150h. Equipped with a control for water drainage by means of a ball valve located on the dashboard. Heating takes place via armored heating elements regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 30 to 90°C. Equipped with indicator lights for correct operation. No. 1 false bottom included.
