Bottoms and internal parts in anticorrosive material (aluminized sheet metal). Cooking plate in steel with high thermal conductivity for uniform temperature distribution. Equipped with two independent cooking zones. Equipped with front channel, removable drawer for collecting residual grease and splash guard on three sides.
