Bottoms and internal parts in AISI 430 steel. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Cooking plate in chrome-plated steel with high thermal conductivity for even temperature distribution. Equipped with 2 independent cooking zones. Provided with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual grease, and a splashguard on 3 sides. Equipped with a steel burner with a pilot burner with piezoelectric ignition - Gas supply via thermostatic safety valve with thermocouple and pilot burners for automatic ignition of the burners.
