External reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet metal). Bottoms and internal parts in steel. Flue cover in enamelled steel. Chrome-plated steel plate with high thermal conductivity for even temperature distribution. Equipped with 2 independent cooking zones. Provided with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual fats, and splashguards on 3 sides. Equipped with steel burners with piezoelectric ignition pilot burners.
