Internal reinforcements made of anticorrosive material (aluminized sheet metal). Chrome-plated steel cooking plate with high thermal conductivity for uniform temperature distribution. Equipped with front channel, removable drawer for collecting residual fats and splash guard on 3 sides. Equipped with steel burner with pilot burner with piezoelectric ignition. Gas delivery via thermostatic valve in safety with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. No. 1 burner x 5.7 kW. Plate dimensions 395x520 mm.
