Gas fry-top with ribbed polished chrome plate. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Casing in AISI 430 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Bottoms and internal parts in AISI 430 steel. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Cooking plate in chrome-plated steel with high thermal conductivity for even temperature distribution. Equipped with front channel, removable drawer for collecting residual fats and splash guard on 3 sides. Equipped with steel burner with piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery via thermostatic safety valve with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Nr. 1 burner x 5.7 kW. Plate dimensions 395x520 mm.
