Gas fry-top with smooth plate. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Casing in AISI 430 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Bottoms and internal parts in AISI 430 steel. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Equipped with a front channel, removable drawer for collecting residual grease, and splash guards on 3 sides. Equipped with a steel burner with piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery via a safety valve with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners. Nr. 1 burner x 5.7 kW.
