Gas fry-top with smooth satin chrome plate, top version. Top made of 8/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel. Casing made of 8/10 thick AISI 304 stainless steel. External reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Bottom and internal parts in steel. Flue cover in enameled steel. Chrome-plated steel plate with high thermal conductivity for even temperature distribution. Equipped with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual grease, and splashguards on 3 sides. Equipped with a steel burner with piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery via a safety thermostatic valve with thermocouple. No. 1 burner x 5.7 kW. Plate dimensions mm. 395x550. Can be mounted on a bridge structure and set up on an open cabinet or with doors.
