Gas fry-top with ribbed plate. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Casing in AISI 430 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Bottoms and internal parts in AISI 430 steel. Internal reinforcements made of anticorrosive material (aluminized sheet metal). Equipped with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual grease, and splash guards on 3 sides. Equipped with a steel burner with a pilot burner for piezoelectric ignition - Gas delivery via a safety valve with thermocouple and pilot burner for automatic ignition of the burners.
