External reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet metal). Bottoms and internal parts in steel. Enamelled steel chimney cover. Equipped with front channel, removable drawer for collecting residual fats and splash guard on 3 sides. Equipped with steel burner with piezoelectric ignition pilot burner. Gas delivery via safety valve with thermocouple. Nr. 1 burner x 5.7 kW. Plate dimensions mm. 395x550. Possibility of mounting on a bridge structure and fitting on an open cabinet or with doors.
