External reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet metal). Bottoms and internal parts made of steel. Chimney cover made of enameled steel. Equipped with 2 independent cooking zones. Fitted with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual fats and splashguards on 3 sides. The cooking zone is equipped with 3 armored heating elements and regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 50° to 300° C. Safety thermostat and indicator lights for correct operation.
