Bottoms and internal parts in anticorrosive material (aluminized sheet metal). Cooking plate in high thermal conductivity steel for uniform temperature distribution. Equipped with a front channel, removable drawer for collecting residual grease and splash guards on three sides. The cooking zone is equipped with 3 armored heating elements (1 kW each) regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 50° to 300° C - Equipped with safety thermostat and indicator lights for correct operation - Plate dimensions mm. 295x470 - Total power 3 kW.
