Electric fry-top with polished chrome ribbed plate. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Casing in AISI 430 stainless steel, 8/10 thickness. Bottoms and internal parts in AISI 430 steel. Internal reinforcements made of anti-corrosion material (aluminized sheet). Cooking plate in chrome-plated steel with high thermal conductivity for even temperature distribution. Equipped with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual grease, and splash guards on three sides.
